Father, I do not know what my request should be but you know better what I need.
You love me more than I love myself, my Father.
Give to your child what she needs.
I ask neither for joy nor for pain.
But when I come to you and open my heart before you
– look at the needs that I myself do not know.
Do everything according to your mercy.
Penetrate my heart with love for you or heal and humble it,
or lift it up when it falls down.
I adore your holy will without knowing it.
